E-tech was founded in 2012 By Rob Andrews who worked in the IT private and Public sectors for over 2 decades previously . The company since 2012 has steadily grown aby supplying reliable friendly but cost effective solutions to business across the UK
Geoff has worked in numerous IT Support roles in both the private and public sector for over 20 years, has completed a degree and many certifications in this time. He is part of our Service Desk team.
Paul has worked in the pubic and private sectors for over 35 years with experience in product delivery and business improvement through the implementation of technology. Paul has worked as head of IT and telecoms for NELC as well as multi-national companies and world wide charities.
Yumi is the newest addition to the team and is here to meet and greet all our customers
Kathy joined E-Tech in 2019 and works as the Marketing Manager.
Rob has worked in I.T. for over 35 years within the private and public sectors. His qualifications include Prince2, ITIL, TOGAF, Microsoft, Cisco, and many others.
Kaylem is in his first year as an IT Service Desk Apprentice after leaving university. His eagerness to help our customers resolve faults over the phone is outstanding and he is becoming a valued member of our team.
Ben joined the team in 2022 and has a varied experience in I.T. within the private sector for over a decade
Jess has been with the company for over 6 years starting as a Microsoft apprentice. With dedicated hard work, she is currently enjoying her position as Service Desk Manager.
Alan has worked in software development for many years and is qualified in a number of programming languages.
Holly is one of two receptionists who are responsible for taking the 1st line calls and logging support jobs on our service desk. Holly successfully completed a Degree from Stafford University in 2016.
